Common Issues
I can't log in to my account
Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you used when creating your account. If you're still having trouble, try resetting your password. If the issue persists, contact us at support@dabank.app and include the email address associated with your account.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've previously purchased DaBank or a subscription and need to restore it (for example, after switching devices), go to the App settings and tap "Restore Purchases." This will sync your previous purchases using your Apple ID or Google account. If your purchases don't restore, make sure you're signed in with the same account you used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store, not through DaBank directly.
- iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → find DaBank → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find DaBank → Cancel.
You'll keep access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
The keyboard extension isn't showing up
After installing DaBank, you need to enable the keyboard extension in your device settings:
- iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → select DaBank.
- Android: Go to Settings → System → Languages & input → On-screen keyboard → Manage keyboards → enable DaBank.
Once enabled, you can switch to the DaBank keyboard from any text input by tapping the keyboard switcher icon.
My memes aren't syncing
Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed in to your account. Your memes are synced through your account, so they should appear on any device where you're logged in. If you're still having issues, try closing and reopening the app, or contact support.
I want to report a bug
We appreciate bug reports! Please email us at support@dabank.app with the following information:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your device model and operating system version
- Screenshots, if possible
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion within the app or by emailing support@dabank.app. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.
